Exceptional, absolutely stunning and modernised 1964 Jaguar Mark 2 3.8 litre with manual transmission and overdrive. The car had a bare metal up restoration in the UK which was completed almost 15 years ago, which included sympathetic upgrades such as air-conditioning, power steering, electric windows and more modern front seats and subsequently new stainless steel wire wheels were imported from the UK and fitted here in SA. The car has beautiful dark blue (non-metallic) coachwork with grey leather upholstery and comes with a full set of tools and books. R725,000 (£29,950)

2003 Jaguar STR 4.2 litre V8 Supercharged: These cars are becoming rare and this one is in exceptional condition. This one has only just arrived, so we do need to do a few jobs to the car before sale, such as replace the windscreen, polish the headlamps, fit an engine cover, replace the coolant expansion tank and service the vehicle. But the gold coachwork is immaculate, as is the interior. It has the usual high specification, with ZF automatic transmission, CD changer in boot, high performance brakes, special alloy wheels, etc. 179,000 kms. R260,000 (£10,750).

1947 Jaguar Mark IV 3.5 litre Saloon: The restoration of this car is about 80% complete and we have all of the parts to finish it, our problem being that we simply do not have time to accommodate the work until middle of 2025 and the owner has emigrated and he would like a quick sale. The papers are in order and we have a Jaguar Heritage Certificate for the vehicle indicating that it is a matching numbers car, but that the original coachwork was in Suede Green with similar coloured interior upholstery. So this amazing car, worth well over R1m (£43,000) once fully restored, is up for sale at the very special price of only R345,000 (£13,750). If based in South Africa, we are prepared to assist the buyer in completing the restoration later in 2025 and can offer advice, assistance and any parts needed to help complete the job.

1997 Jaguar XJR-6, 6-cylinder, 4-litre supercharged automatic: Rapidly becoming a collector’s piece, this rare car in British Racing Green with Oatmeal leather interior has been rebuilt by ourselves from a non-starter after problems with the electronics were fixed. During the rebuild the engine head gasket was replaced along with the timing gear, all drive belts replaced, all engine and gearbox mountings replaced, water pump replaced, supercharger cooler radiator re-cored, all coolant and heater hoses replaced, all suspension and steering bushes and ball-joints renewed, power steering rack and pump reconditioned, fuel tank stripped out, cleaned and tested, all alloy wheel rims diamond cut, polished, fitted with new green centre caps, then a brand new set of Pirelli Cinturato P7 tyres fitted, windscreen washer reservoir replaced, a brand new full free-flow stainless steel exhaust system with headers custom made and fitted, a new genuine Jaguar windscreen fitted, all of the interior wood trim redone in a beautiful Burr Walnut finish, the headlining was redone and a lot of other work carried out (a full list can be provided), plus the car comes with a Jaguar Heritage Certificate. The odometer indicates 143,180 kms (89,500 miles) and the car drives and sounds amazing. R295,000 (£12,250).

1996 Jaguar XJR-6, 6-cylinder, 4-litre supercharged automatic: Just arrived (hence the dust!) – we have another rare XJR-6 – this one is in Turquoise Pearl with Oatmeal leather interior. It is in exceptional condition, except that we are carrying out some work on the engine. Has polished alloy rims and a set of new Pirelli Cinturato tyres. Interior wood trim is in very good condition, as are the leather seats. Odometer indicates 166,000 kms. R240,000 (£9,950).

1966 Jaguar 3.8 litre Mark II: Jaguar Mark II 3.8 litre saloon in Old English White with manual gearbox, overdrive and matching numbers. Oxblood red leather seats and other interior panels being restored with new material, wood trim restored in dark walnut, engine, gearbox, steering, cooling system, fuel system and so on all being checked and overhauled as necessary. Since the car has matching numbers we will also apply for a Jaguar Heritage Certificate. Once restoration completed: R395,000 (£16,350).

2006 Jaguar XJ6 X350 3.2 litre V6 saloon in Frost Blue with Champagne interior. The original air suspension has been replaced by “Strutmasters” coil-over spring conversion and the ride is excellent. A lot of work has been done to the suspension, steering, interior etc. so the car looks and drives like a dream. Although high mileage, for one of Jaguar’s best luxury saloon cars it represents exceptional value for money. Indicated 470,000kms. R230,000 (£9,875).

1968 Jaguar 420 RHD 98,800miles – a true collector’s car! This magnificently restored, matching numbers 420 saloon, considered by most as the best of the bunch of models starting with the Mark I, Mark II, 3.8S and then the 420, has been a labour of love for her owner for 4 years. With the legendary 4.2 litre DOHC XK engine with manual gearbox and overdrive, independent rear suspension, power steering and disc brakes all round, every nut and bolt has been removed, restored and replaced and there is a file of pictures to prove it. Doubt you’d find a better 420 anywhere and this classic will only appreciate. R395,000 (£16,350).

1999 Jaguar XJR (X308) 4 litre V8 supercharged auto saloon: Very good condition with low mileage for its year and with Pacific Blue coachwork and Oatmeal leather interior. Recent service by us and automatic gearbox full rebuild. Indicated 135,000 kms. R195,000 (£7,950).

1999 Jaguar XJR (X308) 4 litre V8 supercharged auto saloon: Metallic silver coachwork and in excellent condition and low mileage for its year with full service history. Electric sunroof and good clean beige leather interior with all wood trim redone in Burr Walnut design. Serviced by ourselves with indicated 160,000 kms. R185,000 (£7,950).

1973 Jaguar E-Type Series III 5.3 litre V12 Roadster: Superb matching numbers car with confirmatory Jaguar Heritage Certificate. The car is a convertible with new hood and a rare, lined, removable black hard top with Webasto sunroof and new windscreen is being fitted, the coachwork is finished in Regency Red and Biscuit leather interior, is in outstanding condition and has never been completely restored.
This is a low mileage car (indicated only 39,000 miles) with two owners before the current one and, based upon the condition of the engine and chassis and the large bundle of service and repair history (which will be supplied with the car) that goes way back to the first owner, this mileage is assumed to be correct.
The car is fitted with automatic transmission and chrome wire wheels and the sometimes troublesome OPUS ignition system was replaced with Petronix Ignitor and the distributor is fitted with vacuum advance, making the engine much more responsive at partial throttle and generating less heat at idle. The car has also been retro-fitted with air-conditioning. R1,860,000 (£77,000).

1938 SS Jaguar 3.5 litre Drophead Coupe: Rare car in super good condition overall and very rare car with some original sales paperwork. The car was taken off the road by the current owner’s late father and de-registered in the 1960’s, but now runs and drives very well and re-registration on the licensing system in South Africa is in progress, plus a Jaguar Heritage Certificate has been applied for. It is not a matching numbers car in terms of the chassis/body and engine, but 90% original. We believe a little money will need to be spent on the car in terms of the headlamp glasses for example (although we may have some in stock) and a few other minor things. But this is reflected in the price of only R1,250,000 (£51,750).
